My business partner, Joni, and I utilize Charisma Design on an ongoing basis.  Erina “coaches” our clients on how to best prepare their homes for attracting prospective buyers. Her consultations involve everything from home organization to color consultation. We also have her “stage” a number of our vacant homes to create a more inviting environment. Staging has had a significant impact on the critical first impression people have and the quality of the photographs we use to market our properties. Better photographs attract more buyers and the more activity we get on a home the more likely we are to get a good offer.  Erina is professional and courteous with our clients. We have no reservations about putting her in direct contact with our sellers as soon as we know we are going to be listing a home. Erina has also worked with both of us on organizing our own homes. I hired Charisma Design and Organization to help me organize my office and the kid’s art area.  I have never hired an organizational specialist but always thought it was a good idea.  Erina Weible is non-judgmental and helps you better understand how you, the individual, would like your space to work.  Unexpectedly, she helped me understand my thought patterns of organizing and then helped me develop tools and everyday processes to maintain the organizational achievement we made.  I have never enjoyed keeping a home organized and neat because I was not taught how to make it work.  Organization is not about cleaning up; it is about the tools in your home to help you become efficient and deliberate in your home so you can spend time doing other things with the family.  There were no expensive recommendations for furniture buying because she works within the context of what you have in your home.  I strongly recommend Erina to help you plan and organize your home.

Erina spent three hours with me setting up an organizational system to manage my calendar, tasks and contacts. I had been working with paper lists, calendars and contact notebooks. I had about six different management systems going at one time. It wasn't working for me. I was spending too much time trying to find things every day. Erina talked with me about what I was doing, how it was and was not working for me and the underlying reasons I made certain decisions. She was respectful and accepting of my style. She listened intently for what was important to me. Then she made suggestions on a new system that she thought would work with my style (visual) and be more effective than what I was currently attempting. I accepted her suggestions. She then trained me on how to use a more streamlined system. And if that's not enough, she sent me a detailed follow up email recapping what we had discussed and checking in with my progress. Thanks, Erina. Now I manage my system and it doesn't manage me.
